Terms & Conditions

Effective July 31, 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of BookingLink at bookinglink.ai and related subdomains, apps, and services (the “Services”). By creating an account, clicking to accept, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and is incorporated by reference.

2. The Services

BookingLink is a software platform that helps service providers publish a booking page, manage availability, accept bookings and quote requests, communicate with customers, and (on eligible plans) collect payments and deposits through Stripe Connect.

We provide the technology. We are not a party to the underlying service relationship between a provider and a customer, except as needed to process platform payments and fees described in these Terms or in-product billing terms.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@bookinglink.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to create a provider account. If you use the Services on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

4. Provider responsibilities

If you are a provider, you agree that you will:

  • Comply with all laws applicable to your business, marketing, and customer communications (including SMS/TCPA and privacy rules)
  • Accurately describe your services, prices, availability, and policies
  • Honor bookings and quotes you accept, or cancel/reschedule in a reasonable and lawful manner
  • Only use customer contact information for fulfilling bookings and related communications the customer has consented to
  • Not use the Services for illegal, harmful, deceptive, or discriminatory activity

Optional booking terms you author for your business are between you and your customers. You are solely responsible for that content and for obtaining any required agreement.

5. Customer use of booking pages

When you book or request a quote through a provider’s page, you agree to provide accurate contact details, show up (or cancel in time), and pay any deposits or amounts required for that booking. A provider’s own cancellation, refund, or house rules may also apply. Disputes about the quality of a completed service are primarily between you and the provider.

6. Plans, fees, and payments

We may offer a Free plan and paid plans (such as Pro). Features, limits, and prices are described in the product and may change with notice. Paid subscriptions renew until canceled according to the billing settings in your account.

Customer card charges, when enabled, are processed by Stripe. Platform fees, application fees, and Stripe’s own fees may apply. Providers are responsible for completing Stripe Connect onboarding and for tax, reporting, and payout eligibility. We do not guarantee payout timing, approval of a Connect account, or recovery of funds in a chargeback.

Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started.

7. Acceptable use

You may not:

  • Probe, scan, or reverse engineer the Services except as allowed by law
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services, or bypass rate limits or access controls
  • Upload malware, scrape at abusive scale, or use the Services to send spam
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or business
  • Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of others
  • Use another user’s account without permission

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, risk, or prolonged inactivity.

8. Content and intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you submit (such as logos, gallery photos, bios, and booking terms). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and process that content as needed to operate and improve the Services and to display public profile content you choose to publish.

BookingLink, including its software, branding, and design, is owned by us and our licensors. You may not copy or reuse our marks or interface except as needed to use the Services.

9. Communications

By creating an account or providing a phone number/email in a booking flow, you agree we and the relevant provider may send transactional messages about your account or booking. Marketing messages, if any, will follow applicable consent rules. SMS: message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out where supported.

10. Third-party services

The Services integrate with third parties such as Stripe, Google (sign-in), maps/places providers, email/SMS carriers, and calendar tools. Their terms and privacy policies govern those services. We are not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT BOOKINGS, MESSAGES, OR PAYMENTS WILL ALWAYS SUCCEED.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BookingLink AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, the limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted.

13. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify BookingLink and its affiliates against claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your content, your business practices, your bookings with customers, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

14. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time and may delete your account where the product allows. We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you breach these Terms, create risk, or if we discontinue the Services. Provisions that by nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, limitations, and indemnity) will survive termination.

15. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page and updating the effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the Services and close your account.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory local consumer laws apply. Courts located in Delaware will have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any jurisdiction.
