Reviews inbox for ratings that show on your public page

See your average and which reviews are visible before customers do.

Turn reviews on

1. Open Settings → Reviews.
2. Turn Accept reviews on.
3. Paste your Google review link when you want Google handoff after a request.
4. Turn Automated review reminders on if you want BookingLink to ask after eligible paid / completed work.

Request a review manually

1. Open Reviews → Request a review.
2. Pick the customer (and channel — text and/or email).
3. Tap Send review request.
4. Respect the cooldown — you cannot spam the same customer every hour.

Customers open the review link, leave a rating and optional comment, and can continue to Google when you configured a Google URL.

Moderate what shows publicly

1. Open Reviews.
2. Hide a review from the public page when it should not display (the record stays in your inbox).
3. Check your public page so the visible set matches what you intend.

Tips

• Strong ratings also help near-me ranking.
• Pair automated reminders with a real Google review URL so the handoff is one tap for the customer.
• Paid invoices and completed bookings are the usual moments that unlock automated asks — keep payments healthy so those flows finish cleanly.
