Seeded directory listings

Customers searching near-me see real local businesses even when the owner has not signed up yet. Unclaimed listings fill the map so your city looks alive — claimed providers like yours still rank first.

How to use it

1. Open the near-me directory and search a ZIP (try 30080 on a seeded preview).
2. Claimed providers (e.g. Washit) appear first; unclaimed cards show an Unclaimed chip.
3. Tap an unclaimed card to open its listing page — contact and map only, no Book now.
4. Owners claim from that page; see Directory listing claim.

Tips

• Ranking always prefers claimed tenants over unclaimed listings at similar distance.
• Seeded preview data comes from `pnpm seed:directory-listings` (also run with Washit seed).
• Pair with your own near-me directory listing so you stay above unclaimed neighbors.
